who is responsible

what we collect, and when

we only collect what you give us yourself, and only when you get in touch.

• through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you fill in about your project, preferred dates and plans.
• through a request from the collection (buy or rent): additionally your phone number, your company name if you add it, and a delivery address if you choose delivery.

there is no account and no payment on the site. we do not ask for more than we need to answer you.

why, and on what legal basis

we use your data to respond to your message: to answer your question, check availability, or send a quote. the basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who get in touch.

we do not use your data for anything else. we do not sell it, and you will not get a newsletter unless you separately ask for one.

who else is involved

to run the site and get your message to us, we work with a few service providers (processors):

• hello-friend builds and maintains the site; the contact form runs through their secure processor, hosted at Cloudflare, which delivers your message to our mailbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the website.
• Titan provides our mailbox (hello@studio-mucha.nl), where your message arrives.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces; in doing so Google sees the IP address of your visit.

how long we keep it

your message stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to help you and keep our records [FLORIAN: mailbox retention window, e.g. 12 or 24 months]. the form's intermediate log is deleted automatically after 90 days. we keep no personal data in the website itself or in the CMS.

cookies

at the moment the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. [FLORIAN: confirm this at launch, and update this block if analytics (such as GA4 or PostHog) is added.]

your rights

you have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. you can withdraw your consent at any time. email hello@studio-mucha.nl and we will sort it out.

if you disagree with something, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
